Mr. Adams has served as a financial advisor to some of the largest Fortune 500 corporations and spent two years as a consultant to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to assist in the bank closure process and the potential recovery of assets. In this capacity, he was selected to a four-member team responsible for assisting in the largest loss recovery in the history of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. Adams also is credited for co-writing the “Speis-Adams” bidding model utilized to evaluate multi-million dollar portfolios for acquisition. Mr. Adams started his professional career as a Portfolio Manager and Special Projects Advisor for Goldman Sachs / J. E. Robert Venture where he managed and disposed of more than $700 million in real estate throughout the nation. During his tenure with Goldman Sachs / JE Robert, Mr. Adams was part of the “SWAT” team where he specialized in troubled asset recovery.
